President Barack Obama should tell Democrats to Ssuck it up on the tax package that"s caused so much angst in House Democratic ranks,�New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg said Sunday.
Appearing on NBC's�SMeet the Press, the mayor said Obama should tell Democrats he's done the best he can do on the tax bill.
SLook, this is what I did. This is the best I can do. Suck it up, and let"s get on together. We have a lot of other things we can do together. This is not the only tough vote. This is not the only issue, Bloomberg�said, referring to the president.
The tax deal that would extend the Bush-era tax cuts for two years, Bloomberg said, was a�good step forward for bipartisanship in Washington.
